The first one is as basic as it gets. Aaron Gordon enters the high post, back screen comes, and the switch with DiVincenzo is obvious. No communication, no switch, and Christian Braun gets a free run to the rim off a gorgeous no-look from Gordon.
The second one is even more avoidable. Randle is in solid position to get back, DiVincenzo already has Gordon, and there is literally no one else for Randle to pick up other than Braun streaking to the basket. He's late, Braun scores easy.
