FALCONS SQUAD SHOW: Did Waiting for Michael Penix Turn Atlanta Falcons Into True Contenders?

The Falcons are the NFL’s hottest offense over the past two weeks—but is this for real, and did the team time Michael Penix’s debut perfectly? Tenitra Batiste, Aaron Freeman, Miles Garrett, and Maria Martin break down Atlanta’s sudden offensive explosion, the impact of waiting to start Penix, and whether this offense is finally living up to preseason hype.

Sunday night brings a marquee showdown between elite running backs Bijan Robinson and Derrick Henry. We debate which back matters more to his team, discuss Atlanta’s strategy to contain Henry, examine how Tyler Huntley starting at QB for the Ravens could change the matchup, and put more pressure on the Falcons. Plus, we highlight the key injuries, X-factors, and the game-day coaching adjustments Atlanta needs to take down the Baltimore Ravens.
