FALCONS SQUAD SHOW: Michael Penix Jr.'s Misses and Ravens' DEFENSE DOMINATE Overtime Thriller

Atlanta Falcons lose momentum in overtime heartbreaker against the Baltimore Ravens. Is Michael Penix Jr.’s inconsistency costing Atlanta their edge—or is the offensive play calling holding them back?

Tenitra Batiste, Aaron Freeman, Corey Burton, and Jarvis Davis break down the Falcons’ frustrating 30-23 OT defeat, spotlighting key moments like Drake London’s electrifying third-down heroics and Jesse Bates’ defensive touchdown. The team dissects Michael Penix Jr.’s rollercoaster performance, Tommy Rees’ questionable play calls, and critical missed opportunities in the red zone. Special teams woes and mounting injuries in the secondary add to the urgency as Derrick Henry wears down the defense. With Penix Jr.’s health in doubt, should Falcons fans brace for a return to early-season struggles—and is a quarterback trade on the horizon?

Get expert takes on Atlanta’s next steps and what’s needed to turn things around before facing the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers.
