Surviving Sydney, episode 1 - Marathon Training Weeks 1-4

I’m kicking off my next training series as I get ready for the Sydney Marathon. It’s the newest World Marathon Major, it’s the farthest I’ll ever have to travel for a race, and it’s also going to be the hilliest marathon I’ve ever run. But before I can worry about any of that, I’ve got to survive not only this summer heat, but also, my kids summer schedules.
