You’re Losing 20+ Yards Because of THIS (Fix Your Wrists)
Tension in the wrists and forearms is quietly killing your power before the downswing even starts.
Here’s the drill that fixes it:
✅ Choke down halfway on a 7-iron and hold it out in front of you
✅ Make slow backswings focusing only on your wrist hinge the grip end should point down toward the ball
✅ Once you feel that, make 5 full swings recreating that feeling with a normal grip
Your wrists should feel loose but controlled. When you get it right, you’ll hear a clean whoosh through impact.
It will feel unfamiliar at first. That’s normal. Your body is learning to use a power source it’s been fighting against.
