Vanessa Peralta-Mitchell is owner of VCPM, Inc. a business dedicated to using the power of the pavement to empower women to live a life without limits. She’s taken her passion for running and turned it into her purpose by fully funding RRCA run coach certifications specifically for women of color. She also hosts The Female Coach L.E.A.D. [Leveraging-Educating-Amplifying-Diversity] a monthly drop in series with fellow women of color coaches who aim to change the game and redefine who we see as industry experts. Her efforts are rooted in connection and community because she truly believes every sole can make an impact: “Individually we make the commitment; together we make the difference.”
