Wilander makes strong showing in Kona!

It almost feels like it was the stone age, since Mats won his 2nd French back in '85. So much has changed in 40 years, but maybe...just maybe some things have stayed the same.

Is Men's tennis losing its footing? Is the sport a little out of balance? Says Wilander, "We've been here before and the game came out stronger. Hopefully these times lead to a similar outcome."

Get ready tennis world, this kid is coming. Says Wilander of Joao Fonseca, "this kid will be top 5 in two years". By the looks of things in Phoenix, it's pretty hard to dispute that call. He's a rock star already...at 18!

Wilander's comments about today's level of tennis, compared to the era of the big 3 certainly set social media ablaze with "expert opinions"! What do these people not get?? It's called EVOLUTION.
