It Starts at the Top (That's Finch and Ant on this team)

Recorded 11/27, the morning after the Minnesota Timberwolves 'little brother' treatment from their bully brother Oklahoma City Thunder, this episode of The Coach & The Culture gets blunt. Coach Frank and Lance deliver some harsh truths about the hometown hoopers. Mind you, this means this episode was also recorded before word got out of Mike Conley's "mandatory" players dinner meeting in OKC.

Lance makes the claim if the Wolves continue to play this way, undisciplined, lacking emotional control, fundamentally and technically poor, then its clear the message is numb to Ant and therefore Finch or Edwards will have to go. Coach Frank apologies to the listeners for steering them wrong about the Wolves need for a PG and the impact of the loss of Alexander-Walker. Lance says the PG answer may already be on the roster and Coach Frank shares why he saw the 0-3 road trip coming.
