#850 - Duke loses a cherished family member

On this edition of the Duke Basketball Roundup we have the very difficult task of talking about the passing of Chris Spatola, Coach K's son-in-law and someone who had a profound impact on the Duke program. After serving our nation in the military, Chris coached when Jon Scheyer was at Duke and then became a familiar voice on ESPN broadcasts. This is a hard day for the Duke community.

Before dealing with the news about Chris, the DBR Podcast crew spends some time previewing the football contest with William and Mary. Though the oddsmakerssay this one is not going to be a competitive contest, every opponent deservesrespect and there are still things the Duke team needs to work on as it seeks toget to 4-0 on the season.
