Welcome to WRR 267 for October 5-11. Argentina won the Sudamericano 7s, beating Brazil, and Kenya's Lionesses won Safari 7s. In XVs, it was a quiet week for Tests and the World Rugby rankings held steady, but the WXV Global Series returns this weekend. Off the field, World Rugby is cracking down on hip drop tackles, and we have lots of squad and coaching news. Domestically, Canterbury won the Farah Palmer Cup Premiership and Railway Union upset defending champions UL Bohemian on the opening weekend of the Irish Energia AIL.
