Ohio State schedule preview Week 1: Ball State might have a QB with a little juice

We are going to start Ohio State opponent previews on The Bill and Doug Show, talking to an expert each week from a team on the Buckeyes' schedule. We'll run through the schedule in order, planning to do one show a week here and one written piece on our Substack at https://billanddougosu.substack.com Up first is Ball State, as the Buckeyes host the Cardinals to open the 2026 season on Sept. 5.
