The first weekend of the 2025 season went mostly according to script. With more teams making debuts and 32 games on the slate, will this week bring the drama, upsets and stunners we all love? D-Fly and Dixie are back to get you teed up for the weekend. They’ll take a big picture look at the opening weekend, recap mid-week games including Hopkins nail biter with Towson and of course look ahead to the second weekend of the regular season.
While the show’s regular guests will generally be the current stars of the college game, the early part of the season always affords for a variety of discussions with interesting luminaries from across the sport. This week’s guest certainly fits the bill as coach Seth Tierney joins Dan and Mark to talk about his Hofstra Pride, taking the reins of the men’s national team for US Lacrosse, his leadership role with the Premier Lacrosse League and much, much more.

Several more teams in action this weekend for the first time, and a few Top 20 matchups to get excited about. Unfortunately, almost all the games are again jammed into a short window between noon and 3 p.m. on Saturday.

MONDAY
No. 17 Towson (0-1) at No. 2 Syracuse (1-0), 5 p.m.
In this week’s Super Bowl-themed Give & Go, the guys discuss their (surprising lack of) enthusiasm for this year’s Big Game.
