DON'T PANIC: Why the Data Says the Knicks Will be Just Fine

The New York Knicks' sluggish start is panicking fans, but Gavin and XJ make the case that the numbers ensure an inevitable bounce back. The duo dissect a 2-4 opening stretch, then focus the conversation on Jalen Brunson’s shooting woes, Josh Hart’s injury impact, and Karl-Anthony Towns’ dominant play. Statistical breakdowns reveal unsustainably poor shooting splits despite elite defense, fueling optimism for a Knicks resurgence as the schedule eases up.

The discussion explored lineup adjustments, Mikal Bridges’ struggles, and whether New York should shake up its rotation or even consider a trade. Several points were raised, including the challenges of integrating key players after offseason celebrations and how matchups against teams like the Raptors and Magic could expose roster weaknesses. Can the Knicks reclaim their dominant playoff form, or do trade rumors signal bigger changes ahead?
