MEET OUR GUEST: ALEX MCCALL Alex McCall is from New Zealand and has been immersed with running since childhood, having competed in cross country, rugby and many other recreational sports. He carried that passion onto adulthood until he was forced to stop running in the midst of a knee injury. He then tookup many flow sports, including wakeboarding & surfing, and continued to remain active and focused a lot on yoga, meditation and first principles training. Now, he is back running and has discovered the impact of nasal breathing and breath-training on the sport, and owns Skeletal Freedom which aims to share that knowledge with the world!
