With the preseason over, USC hits the road to start Big Ten play

The Trojans win over the Ragin' Cajun wasn't as clean as the Fresno State shutout, giving head coach Lincoln Riley valuable tape he can teach to. There were several bright spots, including some of the star freshmen like Mark Bowman, Trent Mosley and Luke Wafle shining, the run game getting back on track and quarterback Jayden Maiava tossing five touchdown passes in the victory.
