Cam is the current coach at West Harbour in the Shute Shield.
He also coached at Warringah as an Assistant Coach for a few years
2023 was his firstyear as a Head Coach and he reflected a lot and his first year.
He spoke about changing clubs to enhance his coaching career and transitioning from player to coach shortly after he finished playing.
He spoke about how he uses player led feedback during his session .
