The Miami Dolphins are 5/5: five games played & five games lost.

On Sunday, the Dolphins defense was punctured time and time again by Samaje Perine, Joe Burrow used his elite pocket awareness to avoid the Dolphins' neutralized pass rush, and Ja'Marr Chase did Ja'Marr Chase things. Additionally, the Dolphins' special teams unit continued its streak of poor play. Add that with Malik Willis's carelessness with the football and the result was a 31-24 Bengals victory.

Aside from turning the ball over, Malik Willis also seemed in over his head, struggling to hit open receivers and read the field. But it wasn't all bad news for the Dolphins offense, as Wills's athletic ability lead to some big runs, which complemented Ollie Gordon's efficient running.

Still, the Dolphins look miles away from being a truly competitive NFL team.
