The Pittsburgh Penguins missed the postseason for the first time since George W Bush's first presidential term last year and made dramatic changes in the front office. General Manager Kyle Dubas brought in reigning Norris Trophy winner Erik Karlsson, signed Ryan Graves and extended Tristan Jarry.
In spite of Pittsburgh's talent, it just hasn't clicked in the steel city. Joining the show is Hunter Hodies of Locked on Penguins ( @LockedOnPenguins ) to unpack this utterly confusing season and whether or not the Pens might be able to make a run to get back into the playoff mix.
