I am joined by my friend Matt Arrington.  Matt is currently an Assistant Coach with the D.C. United U17 academy team and the CEO of Arrington Training and Development, a one stop shop for soccer players including technical work, injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.  

Matt is a former Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Howard University.  In this episode we discuss Matt's playing background in the DMV area and what he remembers about his college recruiting process.  We also speak about his decision to attend George Mason and his decision to leave college soccer early to pursue opportunities and experiences in Europe.  We also briefly touch upon navigating the college recruiting process through the current COVID-19 Pandemic.
