ABSOLUTELY NOT: Miami Hurricanes Fans REFUSE Florida State Support, OL & Defense Injury Outlook

Miami Hurricanes fans face a rivalry dilemma as the showdown with Florida State looms—should boosting the strength of schedule matter more than age-old animosity? Alex Donno and Bruce Warner tackle fan debates on rooting interests and dig into Miami’s crucial bye week injury news, dissecting what Max Buchanan’s surgery and potential returns for Xavier Lucas, Marcelin, and Lightfoot mean for the upcoming clash.

Key topics include the Hurricanes’ evolving offensive line strategy, Florida State’s defensive vulnerabilities—particularly their secondary giving up 290 passing yards per game—and how Miami’s running backs and quarterback play might exploit these weaknesses. Bruce Warner highlights defensive adjustments, points out matchups to watch like Deuce Robinson, and raises the stakes for Miami’s pursuit of an ACC title game berth. Can Miami’s depth and emerging stars push past the Seminoles? The race to the ACC championship heats up on Locked On Canes.
