Matt and Phil Simms dive into a second-year QB roundup: Phil raves about Jaxson Dart's arm and running ability in New York, calls Tyler Shough one of the more underrated young quarterbacks in the league, and saves his biggest praise for Caleb Williams (a third-year guy) — who he calls arguably the most talented QB in the NFL alongside Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson. They close previewing the 2027 draft class, with Phil's bold take that John Mateer is more talented than Cam Ward was coming out.
