What is a REALISTIC ceiling for Penguins' forward Rutger McGroarty?

Rutger McGroarty started the season on the injured list, but bounced back for a solid year in the AHL. Is it time for him to graduate? Patrick and Hunter continue their season-in-review series today by looking at Rutger McGroarty's play in both the AHL and the NHL. He was over a point-per-game player in the AHL and turned in a solid performance in the Calder Cup Playoffs, and showed growth at the NHL level. While he showed some flashes, it's probably time for him to become a full-time NHL player.
