LIVERPOOL FC CAN'T AFFORD TO WAIT! January Transfer Window Warning

Media Matters with Dave Davis and David Lynch | Liverpool Need a Busy January? Major Transfer Decisions Loom

Part 3

Dave Davis is joined by Liverpool journalist David Lynch on Media Matters to discuss why the January transfer window could prove crucial to Liverpool's long-term rebuilding plans.

With questions surrounding Liverpool's midfield, both full-back positions and the future of Alisson Becker, Dave raises concerns that delaying recruitment until the summer could leave the club with too much business to complete in one window.

Lamine Camara continues to be linked with Liverpool, but Lynch remains sceptical that the Reds will sign a midfielder in January without first resolving the futures and roles of their existing players.

Could Liverpool get ahead of their summer business by strengthening in January, or will the club's recruitment strategy once again favour patience?

The pair also discuss the difficult decisions facing Julian Ward, the impact of Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch's contracts, and why Liverpool's next transfer window could help shape Andoni Iraola's long-term plans.

All this and more on Media Matters with Dave Davis and David Lynch, exclusively on Anfield Index.
