Are Careers On The Line For Australia In The South Africa Test Series?!

Neil Manthorp is joined by the former England fast bowler Steve Harmison to look ahead to Australia's three-Test series against South Africa, which starts in Durban on Friday.

They are also joined on the show by the former Australia fast bowler Damien Fleming to get his thoughts ahead of the tour. Are careers on the line for some Australia players and will they be dropped if they underperform in these 3 matches? Do Australia need continuity at the top of the order after dropping Jake Weatherald and recalling Matt Renshaw? What reception will Steve Smith get as he returns to South Africa for the first time since the infamous sandpaper gate scandal in 2017/18? What is the priority for this Australia side with an Ashes, a potential World Test Championship final and an ODI World Cup to come in the next 12 months?

Elsewhere, will Anrich Nortje make his long-awaited return to Test Cricket this week? Should England players have signed up to play in the inaugural Afghanistan Premier League in December? What do the panel make of the new rule changes introduced by the ICC this week?

Hear live and exclusive ball-by-ball commentary of the three-Test series between South Africa and Australia on talkSPORT 2 and the talkSPORT Cricket YouTube Channel.
