Phillies bullpen, clubhouse shake up: Matt Strahm traded, J.T. Realmuto stalemate

The Phillies had a busy week last week:

• They signed Adolis Garcia to a one-year, $10 million contract on Tuesday.
• Phillies assistant general manager Ani Kilambi was named Nationals GM on Wednesday.
• The Phils signed Brad Keller to a two-year, $22 million deal on Thursday.
• They traded Matt Strahm to the Royals on Friday for Jonathan Bowlan.
• They traded a Minor League prospect to the Diamondbacks on Friday for Kyle Backhus.
