Bills vs. Chargers First Look: Why Justin Herbert's 0-2 Chargers are in trouble in Buffalo

The Buffalo Bills (2-0) host the Los Angeles Chargers (0-2) in Week 3. Matt Parrino gets the view from the other side with Chris Hayre of CBS Los Angeles, who is in his 10th season covering the Chargers.

The Chargers have dropped a pair to Arizona and Las Vegas. Chris explains why the Jim Harbaugh–Mike McDaniel pairing hasn't clicked yet. The switch to McDaniel's outside zone scheme has been bumpy, the interior offensive line has been shuffled by injuries, and Omarion Hampton has fumbled in back-to-back games. Joe Alt also had the worst game of his career. Ladd McConkey is playing through a rib injury, and David Njoku and Charlie Kolar are both out at tight end, which leaves Justin Herbert without much help.

On defense, Chris breaks down how Khalil Mack, Tuli Tuipulotu, Teair Tart and first-round pick Akheem Mesidor match up with a Bills offensive line playing at an elite level. He also names the under-the-radar Chargers defenders Bills fans should know. Plus: Can LA's run game with Hampton and Keaton Mitchell find room against Buffalo's run defense, and what's Chris's first trip back to Buffalo since Josh Allen's first career start in 2018 going to look like?
