Well, Arsenal Women didn’t win any of the big trophies we hoped for - apart from that weird five-day Champions Cup. But that’s not stopping Laura and Lucy from handing out our own set of trophies to cap off the season: it’s time for our TTAA Alternative Awards!
From some of the brilliant moments conjured up by Alessia Russo n’ co, to some heart-wrenching/shoulder-shrugging moments that ultimately doomed us to finishing as WSL runners-up, there’s plenty of highs and lows to remember. Plus, we pay one final tribute to the players leaving us this summer - one brilliant, mad Irishwoman in particular.
