Paul shares his reaction to the proposed stadium project, outlining the club’s ambitions and the long term impact it could have on the women’s game, the club and the wider Albion community.
Paul’s career in professional sport started as a teenager when he was an apprentice with Sheffield Wednesday, before working on the administrative side for The FA, Vancouver Whitecaps and the British Columbia Soccer Association.
During his time at Brighton he has also become a member of the club's Women’s & Girls' Board, as well as a Trustee of Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation.
