Jannik Sinner SURGERY?! The TRUTH About His Knee Injury

Jannik Sinner has withdrawn from the China Open in Beijing, where he was set to defend his title, as his ongoing knee problem continues to delay his return to competitive tennis.
But now reports from Italy have suggested that Sinner’s injury could be iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS) — with surgery even being mentioned as a possible option if conservative treatment fails.

So what is actually confirmed, and what is speculation?
