Should JJ Redick Keep Jake LaRavia in the Starting Lineup?

JJ Redick has an interesting decision in front of him. Ziaire Williams opened the season as a starter, and has done nothing but play well. The only thing he did wrong was hurt his foot and miss a few games.

In that time, Jake LaRavia stepped in, and has done good work in that spot. The metrics (small sample size theater!) suggest the team has performed a little better with LaRavia, but all small sample size theater caveats definitely apply. But LaRavia's skill set certainly fits nicely next to the Big Three and Matisse Thybulle.

The composition of the team's supporting cast allows Redick to factor in all sorts of things when making decisions like these.

Could the switch give some flexibility that would benefit other players?
