416. Celtic 3-2 Beşiktaş | A Disastrous start to November for the Black Eagles!

Another disastrous start to November for Beşiktaş! The Black Eagles have once again fallen victim to their November struggles, throwing away winning positions in consecutive games and dropping precious points in both the Turkish Süper Lig and UEFA Europa League.

First, Beşiktaş surrendered a commanding 2-0 lead away against Kasımpaşa, settling for a frustrating 2-2 draw in the Süper Lig. Then, in Glasgow, Vincenzo Italiano's side suffered another collapse, losing 3-2 away to Celtic despite taking the lead through Junior Olaitan.

Three amateur-level defensive errors, shocking concentration lapses and another failure to protect a winning position left Beşiktaş empty-handed at Celtic Park.

But what exactly is going wrong with the Black Eagles?

Are these individual mistakes down to a lack of concentration? Is there a tactical problem with Vincenzo Italiano's approach? Are the players failing to execute their responsibilities, or is there something fundamentally wrong with this Beşiktaş team?

November has historically been a difficult period for Beşiktaş. Is history repeating itself once again?
