Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs ready to FLY up and down the ice in high event matchup

The Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs have the exact same record through seven games this season. The Sabres have been a great even-strength team that has really struggled on special teams. The Maple Leafs are an elite special teams team that cannot stop teams at even-strength. Can the Sabres find a way to slow down Toronto's powerplay and score on their own? The matchup between the two sets up for lots of scoring chances and goals.

For the Sabres, it'll be Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen again, as he gets the chance to be the #1 again, amidst more trade speculation, this time with the New York Rangers. Meanwhile, Olen Zellweger has a new partner and looks to play huge minutes for the second consecutive game. Winning the season series for the Sabres against the Maple Leafs could be critical, as both teams figure to be competing for playoff spots in the Atlantic Division.
