Sooners on SI Podcast 367: The Pads Are on in Norman, How Good Will Oklahoma Be?

Oklahoma moved fall practice to the OU Rugby Fields and put the pads on for the first time on Tuesday, ushering in the next phase of the preseason.

They recapped everything said by linebacker Kip Lewis on Tuesday and took a look at what depth pieces could emerge this season.

Then the crew turned their attention to the offensive side of the ball to determine just how good Ben Arbuckle's unit needs to be in 2026 to get OU back in the College Football Playoff.

They also discussed potential injuries, as well as the return of Andy Bass, who is finally healthy after battling back from a pair of major injuries.
