Drake Maye Carries Patriots in 2nd Half, TreVeyon Henderson’s Future & Trade Wishlist

Drake Maye and Rhamondre Stevenson led an injury-riddled Patriots team to a 24-19 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The Patriots now sit at 5-3 heading into a tough home game against the Packers this weekend.

In this episode, Greg Bedard and Nick Cattles break down the win in Miami. The guys kick off the show with the latest injury news, including the status of Mack Hollins, Hunter Henry, and A.J. Brown. Then the guys examine the running back room following Lan Larison signing a contract from the practice squad. Where does this leave TreVeyon Henderson, and what’s going on with his health? Is this really an illness? Is his future uncertain? After the break, Greg and Nick look ahead to the trade deadline. Greg lists the Patriots’ top five needs and mentions who could go the other way in any potential deals. Later, the guys discuss Maye’s day in Miami, highlighting his impressive second half, including an elite touchdown throw to Kyle Williams. They also break down the performances of the offensive line and defense and finish with “Three up, three down” from the win.
