After a four-month layoff, Carlos Alcaraz is back in the winner's circle after earning a solid straight-sets win over Roman Safiullin. Alcaraz also impressed with his outfit, partnering with Travis Scott for an edgy Cactus Jack kit. Arthur Fils was eliminated by Stefanos Tsitsipas, who threw a lot of shade towards Nick Kyrgios. Naomi Osaka turned heads in her Allen Iverson-inspired look, but she will look to improve her level after a shaky win vs Zakharova. Frances Tiafoe won the match of the day, defeating dangerous Martin Damm in five sets.
