The Cincinnati Bengals need to fix the league’s saddest defense. Dexter Lawrence could be the piece that gets this team back into the Super Bowl, on the heels of strong free-agent signings. For a team trying to win now, he offers more value than a raw prospect in a draft lacking star power.

The New York Giants have a chance to create a team in John Harbaugh’s vision. At No. 5 and No. 10 overall, they can infuse a better-than-most-think roster with two promising pieces.

Harbaugh was the top candidate on the market. How soon can he work his magic?
