The Helium Boys, Shotgun Spratling and Chris Trevino, return behind the microphones for the first official game-week episode of the 2026 season, and they're bringing some new flair as they unveil a new 'Trojan Draft' competition pitting each co-host against each other in a match of statistical prognostication and team building.
But first the podcasting duo open with the Two-Minute Drill where Shotgun talks about his excitement level now that game week is finally upon us while Chris discusses his adventure attending Salute to Troy for the first time. The boys of Helium jump into prior comments and corrections before breaking down what a couple of newsy items mean for USC after it was revealed Tobias Raymond will be the starting center while Jahkeem Stewart has been injured and will miss the first three games of the season. They also preview the upcoming matchup with San Jose State.
The second half of the show features Shotgun and Chris snake drafting an offensive and defensive unit of Trojans that each believes will put up the best stats this season in the first-annual Trojan Draft.
Shotgun then takes on Trevino's Take It or Leave It segment before the show concludes with an Overtime period of 'Real or Fake' Silicon Valley startups that include names such as Delicious, Backrub and Fashism.
