Brady Tkachuk Returns to Ottawa, Travis Green Signs Extension

In this episode, Brady Tkachuk returns to Ottawa this week. Will it be boos or a welcome mat?

The former Senators captain is back in town for the first time since demanding a trade to Florida. How loud will the boos be? Will he face the Ottawa media? Will he score against his old team? And could things get physical with one of his former teammates?

Meanwhile, the Senators have signed head coach Travis Green to a contract extension through 2030-31. We discuss the timing of the deal and ask a simple question: What's the rush?

On the ice, the Senators' offensive struggles continue following a 3-1 loss to the previously winless Philadelphia Flyers. With Ottawa ranked 26th in goals per game, where has the offence gone?

We also discuss Thomas Chabot's injury, Jake Sanderson's status, and Travis Green's latest line juggling.

Plus, former Senator Jacob Bernard-Docker clears waivers, and we revisit one of the wildest contests in Ottawa sports radio history.

In 2002, a Senators fan actually named his newborn daughter Zdeno to win a contest. Nearly 25 years later, she's back in the spotlight after winning a brand-new car on The Price Is Right! It's all coming up on this edition of the Sens Nation Podcast!Presented by Jim Keay Ford, and by Midas Ottawa and Harding Your Home Comfort Centre.👍 Like, subscribe, and turn on notifications so you never miss an episode!#OttawaSenators #GoSensGo #SensNation #NHL #SensPodcastSubscribe and share the show with another Senators fan, and let us hear your comments below.🏒 SUPPORT SENS NATIONSupport the show on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/sensnation🎙️ LET'S HEAR YOUR TAKE!Use any device to leave us a voicemail with your Senators take or question.
