BOMBSHELL: Malachi Toney Suffers ANKLE INJURY | Status For Notre Dame UNCERTAIN

News was broken by Pete Thamel from ESPN that Malachi Toney suffered an ankle injury in practice, but will try to play against Notre Dame on Saturday. Barry Jackson from the Miami Herald has stated that UM staffers are saying the injury is not serious or season ending. Toney will likely push to play against the Fighting Irish.

Host Alex Donno reacts to the news and explains why fellow receivers Cooper Barkate, Somourian Wingo, Daylyn Upshaw, Dre Jacobs, and tight end Elija Lofton will need to step up. Donno is joined by guest Larry Blustein to break down Miami freshmen Javian Mallory, Ben Congdon and JJ Dunnigan. Blu offers his scouting report on 5-Star WR Brysen Wright, who is set to choose between Miami, Texas and Florida on Thursday.
