CRAZY: Oklahoma Expert STILL Won't Pick Texas Despite Sooners' Woeful Offense--USC over Penn State?

Oklahoma's season is all but over as they head into a Red River showdown with Texas. The Sooners' offense has been abysmal, but should Texas have faith in their offense?

On today's episode of Locked On College Football, Spencer McLaughlin and 'Locked On Nittany Lions' host Zach Seyko discuss Penn State's big matchup with USC. Something has to give on Saturday night.

Louisville had what looked like a good loss earlier this year against Ole Miss, but has stumbled twice since then due to defensive deficiencies. Will they get it done against Florida State who played very well last week?
