PHILLIES POSTCAST: Philadelphia Phillies BATS silenced by Burns, fall to the Reds 4-1

The Philadelphia Phillies lost to the Cincinnati Red, 4-1 as Chase Burns had the Phillies bats chasing ALL NIGHT!  

Reds’ starter, 23-year-old Chase Burns was just too much to handle for the Phillies. Burns threw six innings allowing just one run on three hits with nine strike outs!  

Jesus Luzardo started for the Phillies and had one of his better starts at home this season. He tossed six inning of two-run baseball allowing five hits, two walks while striking out five.

The lone Phillies run came on a home run by Trea Turner in the 3rd.
