Gavin Seebold’s path is the exact reminder I love in baseball

• - progress is rarely linear
• - No varsity opportunity until junior year
• Surgery, rehab, and a whole lot of waiting
• Then a breakout stretch that earned him a shot with the Blue Jays- What changed? He stopped trying to be everything and started trusting the process, his body, and the people who helped him build his arsenal
• That’s the part people miss - sometimes the jump isn’t talent showing up overnight. It’s patience, reps, and refusing to quit when the timing feels wrong
• Save this for the days your timeline feels too slow. What part of his story hit you most?
