Bulls ALREADY Shopping Norman Powell?! 🚨 Claxton RETURN Nears + Dailyn Swain Draft MISTAKE?

**Are the Chicago Bulls already considering moving Norman Powell just months after signing him? 👀🐂**

On today’s **Locked On Bulls**, Haize and Pat The Designer react to reports that Chicago is willing to field trade offers for Powell, who is averaging **20.3 points per game** through seven games. The guys debate whether Bryson Graham always viewed the veteran scorer as a temporary asset, what a fair trade return would look like, and whether moving Powell would actually help or hurt **Matas Buzelis’ development**.

They also break down **Nic Claxton being upgraded to questionable** after missing the start of the season with a hamstring injury. Chicago is allowing nearly **129 points per game**, so can Claxton help stabilize the defense, or are Bulls fans expecting one player to solve much deeper roster problems?

Plus, the Windy City Bulls season is about to begin, creating a real development decision around **Noa Essengue and Dailyn Swain**. Noa is starting to flash in NBA minutes, while Swain has barely played and may need extended G League reps.

**Topics include:** Norman Powell trade buzz, Matas Buzelis’ role, Nic Claxton’s possible return, Bulls defensive issues, Noa Essengue’s development, Dailyn Swain’s G League path, and whether Chicago already has reason to second-guess its No. 15 pick.
