BRQOTW 141 - Your caddie can mark, lift, clean and replace your ball on the putting green without needing permission.

• Once your ball is marked and lifted, it "owns the spot". If wind moves it, you must replace it on the original spot.

• If the ball will not stay on the spot after being replaced, try again. If it still will not stay, find the nearest spot where it will remain at rest.

• Trying the original spot a third time is acceptable because it is the nearest spot to the original spot.

• No penalty applies.

Debate a subjective Rule/ruling

• Flagstick - deliberate vs accidental

• A player stands next to the flagstick, and watches a ball hit the flagstick that they are not holding, and the ball goes in the hole.
