Sooners on SI Podcast 370: Game Week Brings More Offensive Line Shuffling for Oklahoma

The Sooners on SI Podcast crew — John Hoover, Ryan Chapman, Carson Field and Ryan Aber — jumped right into the news of the day surrounding Oklahoma offensive lineman Ryan Fodje.

They broke down what his injury means for the Sooners' offensive line and how it might impact OU against UTEP and beyond.

They then backtracked to OU's first depth chart release of 2026 and broke down what head coach Brent Venables and offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle said during their first game week press conference of the season about the offense.

Afterwards, the guys turned their attention to the defensive side of the ball and discussed why this might be Venables' favorite defense yet at Oklahoma, before diving into a handful of scholarships that were awarded as well as a Senior Day schedule change.
