This week we chat with Esti, whose running journey is nothing short of incredible.
After years of battling autoimmune conditions and undergoing life-changing surgery, Esti discovered running as a way to rebuild both physically and mentally.
What started as a first marathon in 4:18 became a journey towards a 2:55 marathon, building a supportive community online, and inspiring others living with inflammatory bowel disease and stomas to believe that life doesn't stop after surgery.
But this episode isn't just about fast times.
It's about resilience. It's about perspective. And it's about learning that sometimes the biggest win isn't chasing another PB... it's knowing when to prioritise your health.
From running the Cali Marathon in Colombia to becoming one of the most recognisable faces at Sydney Marathon 2026, Esti shares his story with honesty, humour and an incredible amount of heart.
This is a conversation we know will inspire a lot of people.
