For the first time since the start of OU fall camp, the media had the chance to speak with Head Coach Brent Venables on Friday morning. Venables had plenty to say about each side of the ball and how the team has progressed through camp. Can a defense that was so dominant a year ago find a way to take the next step? How does the receiver room pair with John Mateer and can Manny Choice and Elijah Thomas step up in this offense? Plus how a young offensive lineman is holding his own in camp.
Also Hear from Danny Okoye on his progression from little play time to hopeful contributor. All that and more on this addition of the Practice Report.
