John pays tribute to Mike Ditka, plus we welcome Huge Millen to go behind enemy lines ahead of SF/SEA

In Hour 3 John discusses the Seahawks' defense, which has been dominating opponents all season. They're led by Mike MacDonald, who's known for his creative defensive strategies. The Seahawks' offense, on the other hand, has been struggling to find its footing, particularly in the running game. We welcome Hugh Millen, a former NFL quarterback and Seahawks expert, about the team's challenges and how they might be able to overcome them.

Hugh Millen shares some insightful analysis, pointing out that the Seahawks' decision to sign Rashid Shaheed for $17 million hasn't quite paid off. He also notes that the team's lack of a number two receiver is a major issue.
