A speedy, scoring winger could help the Penguins at the NHL Draft

The Penguins are still sitting at 22nd in the NHL Draft, and there's a scoring winger in the OHL that could really bolster their prospect pool. He scored nearly 100 points in his rookie OHL season and fits the profile of the kind of player Kyle Dubas and Wes Clark like to bring into their system.
