The People’s Champ is back! Episode 742 of the DBR Podcast welcomes back a beloved member of The Brotherhood, Nolan Smith, as Jason and Donald get some time with the new Tennessee State head coach!

After leaving Duke, Nolan had stops at Louisville and Memphis before heading to Nashville to take over for the Tigers. We get into the process that led to him becoming their head coach and some of the things he hopes to prioritize as he makes his footprint into the program. We also discuss his quest to find resources for the team and what he’s learned from the coaching trail to prepare him for the job.
